Beautiful wallpaper! Nice icons! Best theme! :) @ Freedom Design, you make the best themes in my opinion! Please make a pink and black theme which is free with cute heart-shaped icons which are in polka dots, pink and black as well. Sorry, if I am asking for too much! Thank you Freedom Design!

@haylee That is under effects you can apply that effect with any theme,when you scroll your home screen you will see that effect.
