@Yaw, if you are reading this, I know what happened on your phone, you updated from a very old version and missed a few database updates, that's why it is crashing. You need to do a clean reinstall and that will fix your problem. Email us if you need more details. @Nadia, you didn't enable the fail safe mode on your phone, please do follow the instructions.

Works great. People should be asked to prove that they have read the description and instructions, before they are allowed to leave rating and comments. This app apparently works, it all depends on whether u read the instructions and ask for help when u need it. I am sure everyone will do that if this is not an app but a car , because u know the car works, the problem is you.

An app that worth the money. I picked this app over others for a few reasons. Support is always there even on weekends/holidays, I have emailed during holiday and get the response very quickly. Support is also looking at market comments, shows they do care about user experience. Lots of info within the app to help users, I'm not tech savvy but I read and follow instructions, and I have no problem using it. It just tells me that this is professional developer, not amature or part time developer trying to make some quick money.
