Description
Base Converter Pro converts any base from base 2 to base 36. ASCII, Binary coded decimals, binary fractions, and floating point formats. With each selection a long press on the text fields will show more features! Further options include Endian conversion(Hexadecimal), ROT-n(ASCII), and basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, modulus and other operations such as AND, OR, XOR, and NOT. It also features support for full 32-bit unsigned and signed data types.ASCII parsing is not limited to single characters. You can convert full paragraphs to various formats and can input (spaced 8 bit values) to get the appropriate ASCII text!

These are used solely for the ad service employed.

Uninstalling... Since the dev can't answer about permissions. Why do you need the ability to read phone calls and phone ID? Explanation of new permissions would be nice.
