Great I had the book and used it for a long time. I had even gotten for other people. I'm in the military and this guy knows what's up. When I bought the app it made things so much easier and more convenient. I highly recommend this to anyone who is serious about bodyweight training.

History saving For the next update, could you please start using the external sd card for saving data? A lot of apps already use it for their data so nothing gets lost when I reflash my phone. Or add dropbox/other cloud support for saving your workout history. Otherwise a great app to support my training.

User friendly + easy to get straight into + able to change difficulty level per exercise + can record workout history - a brief user intro would be useful (still, it doesn't take long to figure it out!)

Buggy, but useful This app is a valuable companion to the book. However if you try to pause or restart sets, the counters often get confused. Also missing standard features like delete history and access to phone features when in app. Looking forward to seeing the app mature with fixes and added features - like videos of exercises.

Incredible fitness app Love it. The guided exercise programmes are fantastic. One suggestion - allow voice recognition so I can yell 'complete' after each exercise rather than having to press the button.

Amazingly loaded app for the $ This is everything I've wanted in a personal trainer minus the price. The book is also a good deal because it's full of info about nutrition and basically a bunch of stuff a personal trainer doesn't usually spend much if any time explaining. There are timed exercises, full on 10-week exercise programs... Honestly, this is one of the most comprehensive apps I've come across since owning a smartphone, and it is ridiculously cheap for everything you get. Plus, this guy trains hardcore soldiers. I'm sold!

Well done - a couple misses I love the book and this app answers much of what I would like to have along for the workout. The ability to check box off exercises and build your own routine based on time or reps would make it great - bookmarking where you've left off in the existing programs would also be very useful. I am very glad I bought this.
