Great! I use it every day. Fantastic alarm, too

lives on my home screen Simple but effective. Tracking options are excellent and easy to use. The info resources are a nice touch, the table of data excellent, graphs are crude but good enough. I really like it. My only criticism: I wish there was a setting to lock screen orientation, or an improved landscape layout: when I'm lying down in bed and pick up my phone, it flips to landscape and the "go to sleep"/"waking up" button is no longer on screen.

Sleep Cycle? It was my understanding this app was going to monitor my sleep cycles.

There should be a widget for taking a nap for a set time, it automaticly sets an temp alarm clock without you having set one up. What do you think?

Best app! This is the best and most useful app for me! Everyone should use it.

Decent I wish this just told you your average amount of sleep over the last few nights (weighted with more recent nights more heavily), instead "sleep debt". That said, this app is worth it for the alarm clock alone, since it has adjustable volume fade & snooze time.
