It works equally well for both dark and light colored eyes.This app is great for enhancing eye color in photos taken under poor light conditions. You can also use it to remove "red eyes" from flash photos taken at night.
Eye Color Changer is super easy to use. Twin resizable controls allow the user to precisely set initial eye position where the color is to be applied. An eraser tool is provided to trim out the unwanted areas.

Everyone thay say it dont thin ok it work on brown eyes make yoir eyes blue save then reuse it to put any eye color..... Think.......

Total. Crap So not worth ur time. Doesn't look at ALL real, TOTAL waste of memory on my phone. Uninstalled.
