Login Failed workaround I was getting Login Failed no matter what port, forwarding, DMV or user i used. Finally i set up a q-see DNS account, now I'm not having any issues logging in.

How to have live stream You must use port 37777. The only reason I know this is because I emailed the help line. Make sure to use your external IP address known by canyouseeme.org. The live steaming works for me over 4G/3G Verizon and WiFi. However, playback has never worked.

Works great. HTC Incredible Once you figure it out, works great. Took me awhile to beat the technology. Next time, I'll call the support people and save the time. 5 stars if more user friendly.

worse for android does not support playback on android phones. used to be able to use playback but just stopped one day. tech support confirmed that there's no cure for now!!! what a bad service!

Call support for help If you can't figure it out call support they fixed my problem of not being able to login. Works great now

Basics are great I haven' t had any of the connection problems others are having, basic install and setup went well and I can pull up my cameras anywhere I have a signal. I installed prior to an out of town vacation and I repeatedly "checked in" on my place while across the country. Some of the features don't work as well as I'd like; I have no trouble pulling up recordings created due to motion detector alerts, but the FF/RWD and ability to skip to next event don't work. If they could fix that, I'd give it a 5.

Sirbet One of the resons I bought ths was to b able to veiw when not home and it wont let me log on verrrry disapointed but cams work good
