Optimized the way for added booting page.
The application has access to the following:
Network communication
full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.
view Wi-Fi state
Allows an application to view the information about the state of Wi-Fi.
view network state
Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
System tools
set wallpaper
Allows the application to set the system wallpaper.

Huh?? Dont know how to use. Appears to jst switch from pic to pic, I wanted fireworks to actually erupt ect. Not worth download

Not worth it. . . . .much better firework wallpapers on here. . . uninstall.
