Fastest app but buggy, deletes locked sms This is the fastest deleter i have found for deleting entire conversations (a Lot faster than stock app), so on that basis i'd recommend it entirely! I set it on a thread of 4k+ messages and it did freeze up but after half an hour and a quick reset the thread had been deleted. Only real problems are it deletes locked messages (wish admins would fix this) and if you choose to delete selected messages from within a thread prepare to be there for eternity, so slow!

Great! I got to the point where I couldn't send texts. Set sms quick delete to do it over night and now its perfect thanks

Failed on HTC EVO First, it crashed com.android.phone. Hard. After a reboot, it ran for a while, but when I selected SMS messages and tried to delete them, it locked up the system. Good news: It uninstalled clean.

The application has access to the following:

Your messages

read SMS or MMS

Allows application to read SMS messages stored on your phone or SIM card. Malicious applications may read your confidential messages.

edit SMS or MMS

Allows application to write to SMS messages stored on your phone or SIM card. Malicious applications may delete your messages.

Network communication

full Internet access

Allows an application to create network sockets.

Your personal information

read contact data

Allows an application to read all of the contact (address) data stored on your phone. Malicious applications can use this to send your data to other people.

Phone calls

read phone state and identity
