Description
This application is based of the very famous Stronglifts 5x5(SL 5x5).Features:
- Keeps track of what weights to lift
- Kepps track of your number of stalls and deloads
- Automatically deloads for you
- Backup/restore your progress to/from the SD-card
- Set a timer for inbetween sets
- Add notes to your workout
- Checkout old workouts
- Change between Lbs/Kg
- Keep track of your bodyweight
- Progress-graphs
- Edit your old logs
- Edit increment amount and deload percentage
- Edit number of current stalls and deloads
When coming from an old version to the new one you should get a little popup saying "We are good to go" when you start the application. Otherwise hit the menu, then "Restore from old backupfile" (make sure the file is in the folder) and restore what you need. Then restart (hit back, not home) and it should be working.
If you're switching phone and want to keep your progress, simply copy the liftbig folder on your sd-card(with the backup file aswell) and paste it onto your new phones sd-card.
It uses two permissions, the vibrate one is for a vibration when the countdown-timer ends and the second one is for writing the backup-file to the SD-card.

Excellent idea but.. since the button "Finish Workout" doesnt do anything other than flash it's rather useless. Killing/restarting the app doesnt do anything to help.

Use it to track sets and weight I use it 3 times a week at the gym. I seem to have a problem with the 'finish workout' button saving in this update. I have to exit app, resume workout then finish.

Good app but would love it to have the full ladder of strength like the original program and would like to be able to add dips and pull/chin ups

Lots of potential Thank you for giving us android users a wonderful app! Clean interface, doesn't crash, simple, easy to use - its pretty good I must say. A few minor tweaks: 1) Please make it possible to edit past workouts so my mistakes and typos do not haunt me! 2) Please make it possible to load deadlifts by 5lbs/2.5kg. 3) Please make it so we have the option of changing to 3x5 as well, or better yet, automatically after a certain # of deloads specified by us.
