This is the free/basic version - it lets you get a feel for the application and lets you find out if it works with your vehicle / obd2 adapter combination; but may contain some small bugs including not working on some nissan/chrysler/subaru ECUs. The paid version has support for more vehicles and ECU types, looks a lot nicer, and works with more cars / trucks
The paid version has more features (HorsePower,Torque, 0-60 , quarter mile tests, graph data, map / track views) + no adverts and exra dial/display types! and better ABS / Knock sensor support, Transmission temperature support for some makes of car / trucks (GM / Ford, etc), and Turbo Boost on many more vehicles (including VW)
Works on vehicles made by Ford, GM/Vauxhall/Opel, Chrysler, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar, Citroen, Peugoet, Skoda, Kia, Mazda, Lexus, Daewoo, Renault, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, BMW, Toyota, Seat, Dodge, Jeep, Pontiac, Subaru and many more vehicle makes, European, US, Far East, etc. Some vehicle ECUs may support more/less features than others.
**PLEASE NOTE!** Any reports of hanging or freezing after quitting the app is due to a bug in the HTC Evo 4G and Galaxy Tab, this can be triggered by using the Pandora/Vlingo/Aldiko bluetooth enabled apps. Disabling Pandoras new bluetooth settings fixes the problem, but HTC/Samsung need to release a fix. Please contact their support and encourage them to fix, Thanks!
The pro version supports USB ELM adapters which are use 'Prolific' or 'FTDI' chips
* Update: A freeze/hang workaround has been found after a great amount of effort and is available in the full version in the General Preferences settings!

Works great 1998 Infiniti q45. Reads ecu data, dtc, and I can clear them. Everything I could want. (Rooted galaxy sIII, cheapo eBay code reader)

Works great with ToutchPad CM9 ELM327 My hardware: HP TouchPad with Android CM9, OBD-II is ELM327 ($16). The free version has the Bluetooth device not selected as fault, therefore it will not work. You must go to Setting and select your Bluetooth device, mine is CHX. Once selected, the free version works fine. The Pro version has the Buletooth device selected as default, and works right away after installation. After checked out the program with the free version, buy the Pro version. As it has much, much more features. In my case, for 2009 Altima, the Pro version shows more than 30 sensors with status for all sensors. Vast amount of info for engine analysis. CON: 1. Setting could not be saved, need to setup plotting each time. 2. Can only plot one sensor at a time. 3. Both email and data saving do not work.

Works 2009 f150 with my touch hd Great program got blue tooth plugin online for 18 bucks can't stay off this app

Worthless! Doesn't work! Always force closes nexus s even pro version don't bother fix it!

Torque Lite Torque Lite is a good program for checking you car mpg, fuel usage, engine issues and more. However, it does not work on my Honda Fit. I strongly believe that foreign cars may have issues. It couldnt read the ecu. That is why I didn't buy the pro veraion. Aside from that, its a great tool to have. Folks should mention their car to let people know compatibility.

Has potential, but major pitfalls for my use App seems like it could be good but the free version is a little flaky. PID Log manager does not want to save the extra PIDs i add. There should be a way to stop logging (tried toggle logging/didnt work) because when i am uloading to my own web server it never stops and i have to force the app to close.

Great Program. This is a Great app to diagnose you car. It clearly showed me my problem using live data in 30 seconds. I was so impressed, I went and bought the pro version. Get it, you will not be sorry.
