VerbTeX is a free, collaborative LaTeX Editor for your Android device. It allows you to create and manage LaTeX projects directly on your Android device and generate a PDF by using the LaTeX service available at http://www.verbosus.comFeatures:

Add existing .tex/.png/.jpg/.sty/.bst/.cls files in Local Mode: Put them in the VerbTeX folder on your SD card (/sdcard/VerbTeX/[project]/). Please note: The root document must be called document.tex and a document.bib file must exist. The name of the project is the /[project]/ folder name.
Add existing .tex files in Remote Mode: Login at www.verbosus.com with your browser and upload your .tex files

Excellent application, works as intended. Although cannot open existing files, copy and pasting from existing files works just file. One can add files into the VerbTex folder, and can, presumably, use \include, although I haven't tried. Figures in jpg work great, but not in eps or pdf. Must have internet to compile tex.
Has no "find" or "undo" function though, so finding text or correct giant unintended mistakes (selected all --> spacebar) is really hard. Save often!
