is it possible to manualy upgrade from android 2.2.2 to higher os? created on Apr 24, 2011 3:11:15 AM (via AndroidPIT app)
I have an LG optimus s and I know there are higher android versions out there, yet when I click system updates nothing happens. so is it possible to manually update my android version?

2.2.2 is the most recent os officially released by LG for the phone.

There's a few forums where you can download unofficial roms, the one above, xda, and modaco are a couple, try a google search.
