Huawei Honor — can't download anything

My huawei honor can't download anything these few weeks. it's said "could not be downloaded due to an error. (500)" or ".... (927)"
Anyone know why?

Were you previously able to download or has this been an issue since you first got the phone? Is your Huawei Honor rooted?

I just bought it 3 months ago and has no problem. but since 2 weeks ago can't download anything but still able to use internet/ browsing

I assume you mean the Play Store or Google Market... Do the following:

Navigate to menu - applications - manage applications - all

Then search for the Play Store and delete Cache and Data. Usually this should help

It's still not working

Try doing what Andreas suggested, but after clearing caches, force stop the app in the settings and then restart it from your app drawer.

I already try it but it's still not working... is't because I update the "playstore" or wrong setting?

Could you check how much internal memory you have left on your phone. It could be that there isn't enough free to download an application...

And if that doesn´t work, go to manage Applications and delete the updates. Otherwise your only and last option ist to do a factory reset, but you will lose all data
