The application has access to the following:
Network communication
full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.
view network state
Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
Your location
fine (GPS) location
Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the phone, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
Hardware controls
control vibrator
Allows the application to control the vibrator.
take pictures
Allows application to take pictures with the camera. This allows the application at any time to collect images the camera is seeing.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
System tools
disable keylock
Allows an application to disable the keylock and any associated password security. A legitimate example of this is the phone disabling the keylock when receiving an incoming phone call, then re-enabling the keylock when the call is finished.
prevent phone from sleeping
Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.
send sticky broadcast
Allows an application to send sticky broadcasts, which remain after the broadcast ends. Malicious applications can make the phone slow or unstable by causing it to use too much memory.

Excellent app for drawing on Google Maps Excellent for our Park Rangers in the ACT Parks & Conservation Service (Australia) to use to map areas of invasive weeds and other work sites on top of the Google Maps satellite view. Then annotated Google Map can be sent to relevant person for action or record keeping. Simple, fast and reliable. Needs an extra feature that would allow you to pre-cache maps for specific areas (download and save). Then the App could be used in remote areas or when there is patchy mobile data coverage.

Pretty cool, I live in a condo with multiple entrances so this is extremely helpful! Worth the money.
