Abduction! is an entertaining game starring a kidnapped cow that is dangerously addictive.
You find yourself inside a cow's body trying desperately to get to the next level while obtaining the highest number of points. Simultaneously, you have to collect as many gifts as possible along your way to the top. Usually the gift packages include extra points or time-limited features such as a bounce-boost for your cow that increases your jumping ability. Watch out for bad gifts, though. If you stumble upon a crumble gift, the platform you just jumped on disintegrates and disappears.
The safety net hidden in some of the gifts can be very helpful. If you have one under your belt your cow will be caught in case of a fall into the abyss. This gives you a vital second chance without having to start all over again. Should the cow somehow lose its footing and plunge into the deep, it will emit a shrill mooooh! You collect also extra points when a cow with an umbrella flies by.
To pause the game, simply touch the screen at any time.
Finally, the goal of the game is to reach the highest level with the most points.
Difficulty levels:
- Easy
- Medium (some platforms moving back and forth)
- Hard (more platforms moving back and fortth
- Infinite (same as hard except the game lasts forever)
- Evil Infinite (every platform is moving and the game lasts forever)
Bottom line:
Funny sound effects and very intuitive controls make this game addictive and a ton of fun. Once you've started playing you can't seem to be able to put your Android phone away. This goes not only for me, but also for my friends and colleagues that were immediately possessed and didn't want to return my G1 back to me.
The game's developers regularly release news and info about the game's development on their blog. In the near future the game will be more extensive making the game experience even more fun. Here is the link to their blog: http://abductiongame.wordpress.com/
