This app allows you to create your user.conf/userinit.sh files without the need to edit complicated files. Simply plug your values into the app and it will create the necessary files for you and push them to the proper location. For now, works for CM 3.6.8x-4.2x & OfficialDonut.
Update: Added new CPU frequencies. Untested.

Needs to be updated for the new apps2sd method used in Cyanogen 5.0.7. It doesnt work even if u tell it to put the file in /sd-ext/
