create Bluetooth connections
Allows an application to view configuration of the local Bluetooth phone, and to make and accept connections with paired devices.
Phone calls

System tools
modify global system settings
Allows an application to modify the systemʼs settings data. Malicious applications can corrupt your systemʼs configuration.
change Wi-Fi state

Hardware controls
test hardware
Allows the application to control various peripherals for the purpose of hardware testing.
Your location
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
fine (GPS) location
Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the phone, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.

Worthless Congratulations, you officially ran a useful app straight into the ground. After giving you a month grace period to fix your screw-ups, I'm finally uninstalling.

Loop install!!!!!!!!!!! Yes you will be in a loop! The app telling you it's out of date and to download the new version BUT Nothing gets installed! First time for everything maybe the Dev Quit? Or does not seem to care? Or away sick? Or they want me to buy the paid app? I am not a mind reader please fix this download please, so I can see if the paid version is worth it? Thx!
