Description
"Tasks" is the ideal companion for your Android smartphone or tablet if you manage todo, shopping or other lists in Microsoft® Outlook. Intuitive to use with many powerful features like reminders, search and grouping it keeps your task list organised and in sync with your Microsoft® Exchange server.★ What the app needs
Tasks works on Android devices from version 2.2 onwards with tablet support for Android 3.0 or later.
The app can synchronise with any standard Microsoft® Exchange Server installation (version 2007 or later) that has the "Exchange Web Services" (EWS) enabled. Outlook Live / Office 365 works well, as do most hosted Microsoft Exchange Servers.
The app can not synchronise directly with Microsoft Outlook and is not compatible with Microsoft® Exchange Server 2003, Microsoft ActiveSync, Zimbra or Kerio Connect.
★ Which tasks get synchronised
So far the app synchronises active tasks from the default tasks folder of one Exchange Server account.
★ Under active development and fully supported
Further enhancements are planed and we fully support the app. Whilst we appreciate reviews on Google Play, please contact us via the inbuilt "Contact Support" function or our email address below so that we can help you resolve the problem.
★ Android 4.1 users
Please also install our free "JB Workaround for Tasks" which addresses a defect in Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) that can result in the loss of account settings after a reboot.
★ Permissions explained
We aim to use the minimum possible set of permissions. The account and system permissions are used to integrate the app with the Android account management and synchronisation system.
Please visit our website where you'll find a full tour of the app as well as an FAQ page.

Many layers Nice and simple interface but it's cumbersome to move a due date or change priority. Drag and drop would be great.

Can only find one task I know that sometimes a sych process takes a few attempts to download all the data, but, so far, I have this set to sync every 15 minutes and it is only pulling down one task. Because it's getting the one task, I know that it's communicating with the exchange server, but I have 16 tasks currently saved in Outlook on the exchange server. I'll give it a day, then I'm uninstalling.

Liked it Pretty good. As others have said, the widget needs some work. To small, doesn't show tasks. Update the widget so it shows tasks and can be re sized and this is a five star app.

Crap. Does not synchronize with Exchange 2010. The sys administrator has opened the EWS for all and still could not communicate with it.

Downgraded upgrade I loved this app when I first got it because it was the only app out there that synched up with Exchange, displayed my entire task list message, and did not require additional software to run. Now, it's just like every other app out there, because it truncates the task title, so that all I see are messages that say thins like "Update the Me.." Very disappointed.

Fix the widget for 5 stars The widget is pretty ridiculous, especially for a paid app. Shouldn't be that hard for the dev to fix....

Problem with server Potentially this is a great little app. The problem is that every few days it drops my MS Exchange settings and so stops syncing.
