The app also contains a fun speaking exercise, which should not be taken very seriously as it is now Also, although basic voices are included, it is also possible to enable additional higher quality voices from within the app, but these have to be bought first from the third party company Svox.

Unbelievable! I'm blown away by this app. It's almost as good as my pc version that I paid $$$ for except voice recognition could be better. Definitely worth the money.

PLANNED UPDATES
* Writing exercises: the word, verb and grammar exercises will get a “writing” instead of multiple choice option, which will present the user with a textbox to type in instead of the multiple choice questions, for a bit more of a challenge.
* Image exercises, such as on clock times.
* Making it possible to add your own words and phrases to the app through http://www.languageshq.com.

Brilliant! Finally a perfect app to learn Portuguese properly and not just phrases or words. There are various ways to do exercises and basic grammar rules are well explained. I love especially the listening exercises. If you are serious about learning the language, this app is for you.

Best I can find Could do with more grammar than ser and estar though

Grammar limited to ser estar!!!! It's getting really frustrating and must be some kind of bug. I installed and reinstalled l, no luck. When I try to exercise specific grammar, ser and estar is the only option. When I try to practice all, it's only ser and estar. So frustrating, and wasn't the case when I first purchased. Please fix!!!!!

Tiago I would give it a five star rating, if I could get the speech practice questions to work. This is an application that will challenge your comprehensive abilities. Great for the serious and casual student of the Portuguese Language.
