Works great When I don't need 4G, the switch works quickly and I save data and saves battery as well. The only thing I would like to see on the updates is more options like switching to CDMA/LTE to CDMA only similar to the 4G Toggle app. Other than that, it's a great app.

Great app for switching off network easily This is a great application, which I've used for two years. Didn't seem to work on ICS (new phone, Galaxy S running 4.0.4), but came good after a re-install. Unfortunately on Android 4.0+ the old method (brutally mangle APN settings :) ) is no longer available, so it's now a data toggle with a process killer for stubborn network tasks. Must have on Android 2.3 and below, still useful on 4.0+

WAS the perfect solution to my problem I wanted to leave all my apps set to auto-sync, for when I use my phone with my pocket wi-fi device (or any other wi-fi), but I didn't want to go broke paying my regular phone provider's ridiculous data charges. The problem was that I couldn't shut off data without also breaking MMS. This app was exactly what I needed, and works flawlessly on my Samsung Galaxy Gio. UPDATE: APNDroid stopped working for me a while ago. On the Gio, MMS will only work when your APN type is left blank (some software bug), but for a while now, APNDroid has reset the type to "all" instead of its original setting of "blank" (only available by leaving the field blank when you first set up the APN), which breaks MMS, negating my whole reason for using it. It would also often SHOW that Internet was switched on by itself, but in reality it will no longer switch on even when I tell it to. Uninstalling APNDroid results in the proper behaviour, so I know it's not the phone. But since I'll be changing plans soon, it doesn't matter to me any more.

Works great When I don't need 4G, the switch works great and quick and I save data and save battery usage as well. All in all great app.

Finally --A quick way to extend battery power! Just what I was looking for, an easy way to toggle off individual processes, or shut off all incoming and outgoing data without also cutting off calls and emails. Batteries are not constantly being drained when I'm not actually using my smartphone. Best two bucks I've spent in a long time!

No go on ICS On Gingerbread this was a great override switch to turn on and off internet. It now has a mind of its own on ICS turning access on and off randomly. Please fix.
