Use the worry cognitive diary to help you determine how to cope with the worry. If it's controllable, you can list the steps you can take to manage the worry. If it's not controllable, select from the list of coping statements to help you think about it differently.

LISTEN TO WORRY BOX AUDIO!
Use the Worry Box audio to coach you through an exercise to learn how to manage worry. Determine whether your worry is important or unimportant and whether it is controllable or uncontrollable. Then use the worry box imagery and self-talk to learn how to put your worries away.

Write it down & move on This is a great app. I'm so happy to have found this & all the other apps created by Excel At Life. I'm into the self-help genre so its great for me that I'm not just reading books but using great tools in the form of apps on my android. I tried something similar to this but I wrote down my worry in a sentence or two & would put the slip of paper in a wooden box that I made. It b/c I couldn't carry the box w/me & would forget to take the small tablet that I assigned especially for the task.

Basic app Keeps you occupied. A good app while waiting for therapy to kick in.replaces a neg with a positive.

Love it. My 8 year old has anxiety and his doctor had him make an imaginary one but this is so much better. He loves it and limes breathing using the audio.

SO FAR... LOVE IT! Helpful..Highly recommended for Chronic worriers!!! YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE YOUR OWN COPING STATEMENTS & CHANGE THEM!...They have Preset ones as well...Audio resources which I haven't listened to yet...but, looking forward to! And I wasn't forced out! Galaxy Nex 4.0.2...THANKS Developers, YOU ROCK!
