Description
Gameboy (Color) emulator based on Gambatte 0.5-wip (GPL), designed and tested on the original Droid/Milestone, Xoom, Galaxy S2, Nexus 7, and Xperia Play, but works on many devices with similar specs.Features include:
* Selectable color palettes when playing original GB games
* Cheats codes in Game Genie & Gameshark (01xxxxxx type) formats
* Backup memory and save state support, auto-save and ten manual slots for save states. State files from Gambatte should work on GBC.emu and vice-versa.
* Supports games in .gb and .gbc formats, optionally in .zip files
* Configurable on-screen multi-touch controls & keyboard support (up to 4 touches supported at once), and an Xperia Play optimized button layout
* Wiimote/Classic Controller/Wii U Pro Controller, iControlPad, and Zeemote JS1 support (Wii controllers not yet working on Android 4.2), also works with any generic Bluetooth/USB gamepad supported by Android
* Portrait/Landscape auto-orientation support
No ROMs are included with this app and must be supplied by the user. A number of public domain games/demos are available at www.pdroms.de. Transfer games anywhere to your internal storage/SD card and browse to them from within the app (default SD card directory is /mnt/sdcard).

The Greatest of GBC player I think this app is best app in emu GBC on Google Play Store. I use this app everyday and I like it very much. Thank you for best app.

Works fine, looks good While there are other, free emulators that one can find for such things, none have on-screen controls that look so...polished. That alone was the whole reason for my purchase.

Tried all the others This one is by far the best GBC emulator out there. Clearest sound, best control options and smoothest gameplay

Awesome App, update broke gui Runs any game I like very well! I love using my tablet as a giant gameboy. A few updates ago the on screen controls turned into semi transparent blocks and I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to fix it on my end. It still works but doesn't look as slick. Running Honeycomb 3.2.1 on my Vizio VTAB1008.

Decent I get choppy sound every few seconds and random screen flashes at times. Not worth the money.

Getting a little redundant....Awsome emulator!! ;-) What can I say. I still own an nes, gameboy color, advance and genesis, with hundreds of games, and now I can play any of them on the go. And im in heaven. Thanks Robert. Keep up the good work. No problems with any of them whatsoever!!!

Awesome Best GBC emulator for Android. My only gripe is how it effects my battery after a few minutes. Luckily, I can throttle my Note to 1 Ghz and games still play at full speed.

Easily worth the cost Definitely the most accurate GameBoy emulator I've tried. Has none of the obvious sound and visual problems in gameboid, for example. The lack of cheats is a blow though, particularly when trying to avoid the probability restrictions on creature stats in Pokemon. Hope this is introduced in an update

Great emulator. I love the selectable color pallets for original Game Boy games. I gave it only 4 stars because of the unfortunate lack of Game Shark!
