Droidalone is a fantastic app that works reliably, has a simple clean interface and comes with regular settings which are logical without cluttered unnecessary options (no data entered simply means no forwarding) as well as an easy to use wizard. I've used this apps on 4 devices, from my entry level $150 1.6 phone right to a modern device and it works on all. My suggestions to the dev are: allow users to set their own (or no) subject for the forwarded emails/sms, add smtp support as a sending transport and to integrate a remote sms sending system as well as forwarding received sms. A recommended app.
