Keeps resetting on Moto Droid. Every time I touch an empty space the android keyboard pops up and is in the way. Every time I rotate the game restarts

Filling grid is not convenient. If I do not disable soft keyboard manually, it keeps poping up time after time when I tap cell I want to fill.
