Description
This is a text-to-speech library for use by other applications.It extends the functionality of the Android TTS API & is a preview of things to come for the next version.
Press "Menu" on the settings screen for a showcase of apps that use TTS.
If you have problems, please try removing your SD card and putting it back.

ugh, I need, this for some apps. it installs to the sd card, its not an app, its needed for some tts apps. use that app to test it! don't rate low!

This is not a standalone app, it support your existing tts engine & apps, once again people, its TEXT TO SPEECH not SPEECH TO TEXT!!, and its FREE!!
