Excellent Very comprehensive templates. For all which are giving 1* because it didn't work... please READ INSTRUCTIONS before!!! This is NOT an app. Is only a set of templates. To run it, you need to install the main app and you will find these templates under the menu More > Templates.

Time saver No problems opening on Samsung Captivate Glide under Menu > More > Template using Checkmark Pro.

Horrible app Like the other comments, this app wont load. It shows it is installed, but you cant open it.
