Smart USB BT WiFi Tether works via USB, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Does not require root access. Via USB it shares your phone internet connection with PC / Laptop / Tablet (Windows 8 / 7 / Vista / XP 64 / 32 bit), Mac OS X, Ubuntu, Fedora. Via Wi-Fi it shares internet with any Wi-Fi equipped devices. Via Bluetooth it shares internet with any Bluetooth equipped devices. For Wi-Fi tethering 3g / 4g should be activated in your phone. With Smart USB BT WiFi Tether you can turn ON / OFF your tethering connections instantly.
Note: Make sure that your Android device supports tethering. Make sure that all of the necessary drivers (for tethering via USB) are installed and your devices are preconfigured for sharing. Do not need to install any drivers to tether via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

I have Sprint Evo 4G LTE and it is not supported. Did connect but did not share data.

Hawaii straight talk 5.0 This app doesn't show nothing but go straight to settings and say help. This needs to get fixed, I waisted my 5.00$ on this s**t!!!!!! Fix and better comment

Works great. Works realy great. Where have you been all my life? I was paying extra $$ every month for hot spot... not anymore thanks to devs. I am able to talk the phone and surf at the same time. My provider hates me cos I will not lost my unlimited plan!!
