Download the following applications FIRST then follow these steps.
GO SMS:
1. Open GO SMS Pro
2. Press the menu button on your phone
3. Select Themes
4. Select the theme and hit apply
Keyboard Skin

Custom Font:
Go to Go Keyboard Settings then Advanced Settings. Select Appearance Settings then Scan Font packages.
GO SMS Pro
You can then change each of the different areas (conversation, conv. list, and Popup window) to you liking and change the font. The font that is used is called TitilliumText22L002 [Platinum Green Theme].
