The application has access to the following:
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
System tools
automatically start at boot
Allows an application to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the phone and allow the application to slow down overall performance of the phone by constantly running.

The best, period. This is absolutely the best real free password vault. Nice UI, great features. Plus I have the PC version as well.

Awesome App! Really handy for use in conjunction with the freeware version for PC. But to the guy who posted about using the cloud/dropbox - are you nuts? Why would you store your sensitive data password file in the cloud on someone else's server? Moron.

The best password app. Best app ever. Been using it for the last10 years in pc version. Now in android my passwords are always sincronized via dropbox. Very nice job.

Makes security easy! Reliable and easy to use. Makes managing dozens of logins and passwords so much easier. Finally I don't hate passwords anymore!
