It is an information application program of the tradition color of Japan.The color sample list can be referred to for 87 colors in a present version.
Information on the addition of the number of colors and the origin of the color name, etc. is scheduled to be added in the future.
Please try interested one in the culture and the history of Japan once by all means.

Dear Hermes, Esq.
Although "象牙色" and "鳥子色" are identified as a color which is different in Japan, it is because I judged that they were within the limits of the "ivory" in an English expression.
When "ivory" is changed into Japanese by translation application by reference, it is translated as "象牙色."
When a word suitable as English Version of "鳥子色" exists, I am glad if it can teach and obtain.
