Description
Custom Locale allows you to modify the Locale of your Android device to anything you like.You can select a pre-defined Locale or create your own.
Permissions:
CHANGE_CONFIGURATION and WRITE_SETTINGS are needed to be able to change the locale. The rest of the permissions are for the used ad network which supports the development.

False advertising This does not let you make your own locale. You cannot use it to translate to your own language, so don't bother using it.
