*** Fixed battery drain and crashes issues ***Magic Gate will automatically open the gate for you when you approach the gate. It is intended for roads/garage gate systems which are opened using phone dial. The application runs in the background and probes your location using cellular network. When getting close to the gate (1 KM) it’ll switch to use GPS to get your fine location. When getting to the configured distance, it’ll call the gate number for you.
This is convenient for car drivers who needs to dial the gate while driving in order to open it. Note that the application will work only when you’re approaching the gate from far-enough distance (~2 KM) since it is not constantly uses the GPS receiver (for longer battery life). You can configure multiple gates and see the distance from each gate at any time. When configuring the gate, you can either be at the gate’s location to get your exact fix, or use the map to place the gate on it.
The application is free, No commercials.

Doesn't always work Don't know why - but frequently does not work at all - does not dial or does not dial on time... This is a great idea - If there is a method to debug the app, let us know...

Latest fixes Battery issue & known crashes are fixed. Data plan is required only for browsing maps

few ideas 1. where i live the gate only works at night stays open all day so i am call with no reason during the day will be nice if i could define work hours rule. 2. my house is less then 2.5KM from the gate it will be nice i you let me chose the distance when it change from cellular distance to GPS. fix those and it is a 5 star app.
