Description
This app can calculate tip and total for a group two different ways:1- Split a check evenly: Enter the number of people in your party and choose a tip percentage. The application will calculate the total tip amount, total to pay then split the check into portions equal to the number of people in your party.
2- Split an uneven check: Often people would rather pay for exactly what they ordered, and this is where the Cool Tip Calculator application really shines. Simply use the "Adjustments" feature, the application will then auto calculate the right amount of check total plus tip that each person needs to pay.

improve I usually get the number after taxed and I am also not really sure about the tax percentage. We just want to know the shared tips. Thank you.

doesn't know math the app is calculating both the tip and tax wrong.

Adjustment feature needs work The adjustment feature seems to require you to make a manual adjustment. I was looking for a feature that lets you punch in the prices of Person 1's appetizer, entree, side dish, drink, dessert, etc, then do the same for every other person, add in tax and tip, and say what everyone owes. This app doesn't seem to let you do that. You can make a manual adjustment like "Person 1 only owes $15.00," but if I knew what I wanted Person 1 to pay, I wouldn't be using the app.

Doesn't fit on screen of my Citrus, no way to enter decimals or get to next step. Uninstalling. Too bad, like uneven check calc.

Simple to use. This is one thing I loved having on a phone and I was worried when I picked out a Samsung instead of an LG phone. They always had this.

Ergonomic Perfection Fantastic design. Large, easy-to-read font size and color. Simple step-by-step wizard. Clear, concise layout with tax, bill split and rounding features. This is how a well designed app should look and perform.
