Worth it Has everything needed to track workouts without the extra bloat. Very fast and smooth. What sold me is the ability to input a workout ahead of time and have the correct date. Great for 5/3/1, Madcow, or the likes. the author was quick to respond to my emails also. Would recommend.

Excellent. Simple, intuitive, exactly what I was looking for. One request for a future version is a kilometre option a opposed to miles.
