The application has access to the following:
Network communication
full Internet access
Allows an application to create network sockets.
view network state
Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
view Wi-Fi state
Allows an application to view the information about the state of Wi-Fi.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Other
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Falling Only reason this doesn't get full marks from me is because the liverbirds are falling... please include an option to reverse the motion so that they rise... which is what LFC is about at the moment. Thanks.

too small this was great on my galaxy s3 while on ics but as soon as I upgraded to jelly bean, the wallpaper only shown as a Window that was about 2in x 1in with the rest of the screen blacked out. shame because it's a great wallpaper
