Help Arel the penguin reach for the skies!

**This version is for my grad school application, more features to come!**

**Currently this is only the Challenge mode **
**comments on gameplay would be greatly appreciated! This is actually my first mobile game and would like feed back on how to improve! More to come in next few versions including new enemies, items, and improved graphics**

Allows an application to create network sockets.

Allows an application to view the state of all networks.

discover known accounts

Allows an application to get the list of accounts known by the phone.
