Rather than hanging out in the lounge or working through all of your breaks, take 1/3 of your afternoon break and we will work through a series of exercises that at the end of the day will have you feeling much much better.
Standing or sitting for long periods of time can take a toll on your muscles. To prevent or reduce stiffness and pain, try simple office stretches throughout the day. Let’s face it one of the best tools out there to combat stress is exercise, but who has the time to go to the company fitness facility to take advantage of that during the day.
All of these are intended to be performed in your office space and can be done either seated or standing. They don’t require you to jump up in the air so you won’t look overly conspicuous in your cubicle.
