You can access the timetable information system of the VRS transportation companies using this app, including current data (on time, delayed) - if available (Deutsche Bahn, RVK, REVG). We set a high value on an user interface that is easy to use in order to provide a companion for everyday life.Some highlights of this app:

SEARCH:
Display your route - whereever you are - without knowing which is the next stop. The app shows you the correct destination stop and also provides the way on foot using Google Maps.
NOW AND HERE:
If you need a overview of stops around you, "Now and here" is the right choice. You can see the stops around you and the next departures from there. Once again on a map.
INTERACTIVE LINEMAP:
This is a real highlight. It shows the complete line network of the region clearly arranged and can be operated interactively. You can choose a stop and display its stop timetable, show it on a map, add it to your favorites or define it as origin or destination of a search.
FAVORITES:
Besides your own "Take me home" connection you can store other connections on your mobile. The App allows you to store connection favorites, addresses and stops using personalized names.

FAQ for the App (due to user responses):
- Connection colors:
White: Connection according to timetable (no current data available)
Red: Delayed (current data available, departure according to timetable in brackets)
Green: On time (current data available)
- To save often used stops/addresses press the menu key and choose "Favorites" or long press the origin/destination in the connection search screen and choose "Add as favorite"
- Platform information is not yet available for all stops, will be completed gradually

Naja... Funktioniert größtenteils zuverlässig, mag aber genau die Haltestelle vor meinem Haus nicht. Jedes mal wenn ich "Friedrichsruh" eingebe, was der exakte Haltestellenname ist, macht der mir da "Friedrich-List-Gesamtschule" draus :/ Außerdem bekomme ich teils auch so tolle Routenvorschläge bei denen mir empfohlen wird eine Haltestelle in die entgegengesetzte, falsche Richtung zu fahren und dann den gesamten restlichen Weg zu Fuß zu gehen. Für soetwas brauche ich sicherlich keine 9mb große App.

Displays incorrect and far away schedule On 12/31/2012 showed tram 62 leaving 3:52am from Berta-von-Suttner-Platz while the station's schedule showed 3:50am. Auto Correct suggests stations in Braunschweig while I'm in Bonn. This is SOOOOOOO annoying.

Huge, horrible interface, search doesn't always work First of all, it's excessively huge. Once you have it, it turns out you can't buy tickets and worst, the search only works after the program crashed first. The map is something you could have saved locally and used an image viewer for it. Their site is also quite bloated, but at least their core business usually works (buses get you around, eventually)

Ganz okay! Die leicht antiquierte Bedienung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Was mich jedoch ärgert: Warum erhalte ich nur Verkehrsmeldungen aus dem Bonner Raum, nicht aber aus Köln? Gerade jetzt zu Karneval habe ich auf aktuelle Informationen gehofft. Jedoch wird die alternative Route bei der Verbindungssuche auromatisch berechnet. Also okay.

Pretty good. Duration calculations are wrong though. Off by 20 minutes on my route. And a 'reverse route' button would be great!

Absolut empfehlenswert. Beste Verkehrsinfo app die ich gefunden hab. Recht groß aber kein Problem dank app2sd
