Description
FolderSync is a application that enables simple sync to cloud based storage to and from local folders on the device memory card. It currently support multiple SkyDrive, Dropbox, SugarSync, Ubuntu One, Box.net, LiveDrive, HiDrive, Google Docs, NetDocuments, Amazon S3, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, WebDAV or windows share (Samba/CIFS) accounts, and support for more platforms are planned. Read-only access to protected file-system also supported - requires root.Effortlessly sync your files. Backup your music, pictures and other important files from the phone to your cloud storage or the other way around. It has never been easier. Tasker / locale support enables fine grained control of your syncs.
FolderSync also contains a full file manager, that enables you to manage your files locally and in the cloud. Copy, move and delete your files in your cloud/remote accounts. Support for creation/deletion of buckets in Amazon S3. Upload and download files from the phone. It's all supported.
You could also try out the lite version, so you can test functionality before you buy. The lite version only allows two accounts and has no sync filters or Tasker support.

Does what is expected Although I'm not a particularly sophisticated user of cloud services, this was easy enough to set up to sync files between my desktop, phone and tablet editions of box.

Looked promising but.. Couldn't log into my dropbox, the "authentication page" wouldn't respond to taps, so my keyboard never knew it needed to pop up.

Touch doesn't work in authentication? When I try to authenticate my account, the screen which pops up doesn't allow touch input so there is no way I can add an account. I bought the paid version by uninstalled it.

Not bad, but hangs a bit I was really looking forward to this one as I have come from GoodReader on ios. This seems similar with syncing to multiple cloud options so I started with my 450mb dropbox. Quite small I thought. It did start ok (on Galaxy S4) but hangs and completely locks the phone after about 3min of syncing. Then next round it does it again. So very slowly I'm building up a dropbox mirror, but the crashing and hanging is disappointing.

Better than Google Drive I use this to sync from my SDCard to Google Drive, like the Google Drive desktop client.

Freezes up Galaxy S4 (WebDAV, FTP) The app looks real cool, but I have a lot of files on my NAS that I need to sync (over 4000). The sync runs fine for a while, but eventually it freezes the entire phone, and it restarts or I have to restart it. I tried various settings with WebDAV or FTP, but it's still the same (multithreading makes this even much worse). I also tried Samba, and that doesn't freeze the phone, but it's about 5 times slower. I have a gigabit network, but the speed never goes over 10 MB/s (2 with Samba). I'm going to suggest to set low priorities for the work threads if you don't do so already.
