Network communication
full Internet access

Allows an application to view the information about the state of Wi-Fi.
Storage
modify/delete SD card contents
Allows an application to write to the SD card.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.
System tools
change Wi-Fi state
Allows an application to connect to and disconnect from Wi-Fi access points, and to make changes to configured Wi-Fi networks.
prevent phone from sleeping
Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.

worked fine on my hacked nook tablet (cyanogen) app works fine for me, and i am happy to have a legal route for getting ahold of native-language manga in the States. Given how many manufacturers remove the extended language options for their US released models, though, it would be a great idea to remove any operating system language requirements. also, i wish the site would work on browsers other than the default/stock android browser.
