Description
AbPK performs pharmacokinetic dosing of common antibiotics for which serum levels are monitored: aminoglycosides and vancomycin.AbPK also includes a drug model editor which enables you to add multiple drug models for any 1-compartment open model. To illustrate this utility, a Ceftazidime model is included.
The lite version features: serum level analysis & graphing, prospective dosing, PK/PD parameters, once-daily AG dosing, and drug model database.
The Paid version adds Bayesian fitting of serum level data.

Good Very easy to use. You should probably change default dosing wt for vanco to total body wt instead of IBW for better accuracy.

Very nice Extremly useful app. Most importantly, it is extremly accurate. Would pay very good money if added digoxin, phenytoin. Will support for nag free version as is. Desktop version would be very easy to propose to pharmacy admin with the right promotional video. Has anyine tried to interface this to their hospital system?

Awesome! Love this app for my hospital pharmacy rotations! Don't have to do all the math myself! Is a bit confusing as to which button to push after you've entered the patient data.
