Worked great for the entire trial period, broke the day I bought it! I have emailed the devs twice now with no response. I really loved the app and was happy to buy it, but the day I paid for it, the app would open my documents and then freeze, making me totally unable to edit them. If this problem were resolved, my review would be very different. Even a response would add several stars, as I think this is a good app even if there a few kinks to work out. As it stands, I am very disappointed. :(

Excellent word processor My only complaint is that it takes too long to save as a MS word format over to my Google Drive. I find that saving a file under the native format better and then transferring later.

My phone had to be reset to free resources, but textmaker works fine. Tested it on a 290 page doc!!

Missing some features other suites have Softmaker was an excellent program at the times of Windows Mobile. It included a lot of features that turned the tiny devices into micro laptops. It was based on menus that were chock-full of features and options that simply no other competitor could rival. Fast forward to now, and the software still have competitive advantages in terms of functionality. Yet that functionality is still burried in old style menus reminiscent of the past. Menu system no longer intuitive. It also lacks widgets too.

Great but lags Hands down the most robust and well made office suite available in the Play Store with one unbearable flaw. When you type with a bluetooth keyboard, the app lags resulting in skipped characters. As a fast typist, this is unacceptable and does not occur in any other apps that I have used. I am also running this on a Nexus 7 which should have more than enough power.

well done but could use an update spellcheck imo best program ive found for writing, has options like auto cap and spell check that few programs has (android office has spell check but was a horrible waste of money and time, and quickoffice pro has spell check but you need to buy it separate, though looks like a better set up program, for the price i stuck here) feels to me like kingsoft office, probably not as well set up menu wise but has a scroll bar on the side that i can click and slide to find the right page(very useful when you got over 200 pages to scroll through) and the spell check. only things i would hope they would fix is first off the spell check lets you know exactly when you miss spell a word, but its suggestions suck, i mean really bad, other programs are just as bad but it cant figure out what the word is if you accidentally replace a i with a e... also the cap first letter works about 50% of the time, overall its a great smooth program, it just needs the perks to be sup'ed up a little, maybe in an update they will improve them.

Ok Half the time i switch to some other app and then return to text maker, it loses all my work since the last save. Even worst, even if i save before switching, half the times it loses my work. Basicaly instead of loading the file that i manualy saved to, text maker loads some backup file it saved to good knows when. Insuot to injury, when i manualy open my saved file it asks me if i want to save the old file over my new file. IF YOU WORK ON IMPORTANT STUFF BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN AND WHAT AND WHERE YOU SAVE
