Can i use ASP.Net Programming language to create an Android App?

Is it possible to use the .net platform and especially ASP.net to create my own customize Android application. If yes, can anyone explain how and it is better if you provide any example for this.

You cant youse asp.net but you can use c# wich is like asp.net.
Search with Google after mono framework

Java is quite similar to C#, so if you are familiar with C#, it shouldn't be very hard to migrate to Java.
