How do I turn on Sync for Verizon Enact phone?

My emails have stopped loading on their own and I see in one of the settings that "sync is OFF" not sure how that happened, but dont want to keep using "Refresh" to check to see if emails have come in. Any suggestions on how to turn this back on?

From a home screen, select Apps (located in the lower right).
From the Apps tab, select Email.
From an Inbox, select the Menu Key (located in the lower right).
Select Settings.
Select the appropriate email account.

From here I think you should be able to access accounts & sync.
Select accounts and sync and make sure there is a tick next to "Email."

You should also be able to select a "retrieval interval" too, which means how often the email app will refresh to see if you have any new emails.

I don't have much experience with the Enact so I've kind of just tried to piece this together. Let me know if this works/doesn't work and I'll try to help further. :)
