Gallery Lock

6623130/I have an HTC One S.

I've had Gallery Lock (free version) for years. I uninstalled it then installed again. I moved my pics to it. IT WILL NOT OPEN! I'm sure I'm using the correct password. How do I correct this problem. I've never had this happen before.

HI Jim,

Go to your settings, then "application manager". Find the Gallery Lock app in there and tap on it. Tap "clear cache" on the following page.

Uninstall the app, then re-install it.

Hopefully this should resolve any problems.
