Samsung Galaxy Note 2 — Note 2 with no sim. What do I need to do with it?

Hi all, I just bought a Note 2 (ATT) with no sim. What do I need to do to get it operating? I paid next to nothing for it. Will I be able to sell it? Thanks, Jim

just buy a PAYG sim thats the same as the phone is locked to, if its unlocked then any will do. sell it or give it to a charity its up to you.
