After installing Android 5.0.1 (Lollipop) When I push an icon to move it to onother screen or to the dust bin I get the message 'Touchwiz-start stopped' and I can't move the icon. What can I do to make it work again? Thanks for help.

Try following the step:
Head over to the Settings>Application Manager>Swipe Left to all>Look out for "Touchwiz" tap over it to clear the cache and the data stored.
Once done now try using it and see if that fixes the problem with the Touchwiz you are encountering !!

It's worse now. Ik got a weather widget on my home screen and I cannot remove it. What's your suggestion?

I found a solution. Menu> Settings> My Device> Motions and Gestures and turned off all options. The problem with Touchwiz-start is solved. I can move icons now.
