Yes, Facebook comments can be crawlable. We can get access to all the comments left on your site via the graph API and render them in the body of your page behind the comments box for search engine crawlers like ( Google and Bing )

Yes, I agree with Vinod Facebook comment are crawlable But they are in iframe so have to get access to comments. After getting access we can add them to our website and search engine will crawl them.

it is not that easy to crawl the comments ..it requered some permissions .

Facebook comments are not crawlable, and any sort of link is a no-follow.
