Samsung Galaxy S5 — "PLEASE HELP" CAN'T CHANGE APN, "NETWORK OPERATORS"GREYED OUT

Hello, I have an S5 on Straight Talk That I was told is "Unlocked".. I have tred several different sim cards and ST Tech support can't figure it out, I can't go in and change my APN settings and the NETWORK OPERATORS IS GREYED OUT.. Please help, It will be greatly appreciated. ..
